Our Professional Transition Services provide comprehensive and personalized support that goes beyond what’s typically provided in outplacement services. This package is the cornerstone of our Career Transition services and is designed for those employers looking to provide the smoothest transition and most supportive level of services to their departing employees.

Through this program we help employees tap into the richness of their past experiences to envision their future paths. Employees receive on-demand access to curated career content along with a variety of live group sessions and interactive workshops. Additionally, this package includes four, one-on-one sessions with a professional coach to support employees processing and planning for their transitions. Services extend over a period of 6 months.
