Lynne BlizzardLynne Juve

Practice Leader, Career Coaching

Lynne has over 20 years of combined experience in coaching, business, and recruiting and a genuine passion for helping people find work they love.

Her own journey and quest to find balance with a meaningful and impactful career adds a unique dimension to her work. She knows firsthand the struggle that comes with figuring out what you want to be when you grow up. This makes Lynne extremely relatable to her clients and allows her to bring forth insights and learnings that only come from personal experience. Lynne recognizes and appreciates that engaging in career exploration or a job search is a unique and personal experience—one that requires resilience and positivity.

Lynne understands the hiring landscape and what hiring leaders are looking for. As a former recruiter herself, she’s reviewed thousands of resumes and conducted a similar number of interviews throughout her career. This is a solid foundation for any career coach, but what differentiates Lynne is her ability to combine this expertise with heart. She is on a quest to help people find work that is life-giving, not soul-sucking. She’s done so herself, so she knows it is possible!

Whether she’s helping people transition following a job loss or supporting people wondering, “What else?” Lynne’s thoughtful questioning and deep listening help her clients see through a lens of possibility and opportunity versus limitation and scarcity. What stands out about Lynne’s approach is her authentic nature and genuine desire to leverage her skills and expertise to finally do what she set out to do decades ago when she entered the field of HR—truly help people.

Jen has more than 15 years’ experience in writing and storytelling.
