Lynne BlizzardLynne Juve

Practice Leader, Transitions Careers

Lynne has over 20 years of combined experience in coaching, business, and recruiting and a genuine passion for helping people find work they love. Her own quest to find balance between a meaningful life and an impactful career adds a unique dimension to her work. She knows firsthand the struggle that comes with figuring out what you want to be when you grow up. This makes Lynne relatable to her clients and allows her to bring forth insights and learnings that only come from personal experience.

Lynne recognizes and appreciates that engaging in career exploration or a job search is a unique and personal experience—one that requires resilience and positivity. As a former recruiter, Lynne understands the hiring landscape and what hiring leaders are looking for. This is a solid foundation for any career coach, but what differentiates Lynne is her ability to combine expertise with empathy. She wants to help people find work that is life-giving, not soul-sucking.

Whether she’s helping people transition following a job loss or supporting those wondering, “What else?”, Lynne’s thoughtful questioning and deep listening help her clients see through a lens of possibility and opportunity versus limitation and scarcity. What stands out about Lynne’s approach is her authentic nature and genuine desire to leverage her gifts to finally do what she set out to do decades ago when she entered HR—truly help people.

If you’re feeling a little stuck, lost, or afraid about a current or pending career transition, set up a free consultation with Lynne. She might just be the support you need most right now!

Jennifer TuckerJennifer Tucker

Writer & Storyteller

Jen has more than 15 years’ experience in writing and storytelling.

With a background in corporate communications, Jen understands the tendency for people to follow a formula or rely on a template to get their messages across. She also understands how to ease people away from this approach and help them find their unique, authentic voices.

Jen believes that when you engage in the internal work needed to uncover your strengths, values, and skills, your narrative begins to unfold. Having engaged in the self-exploration necessary to navigate her own career transition, Jen is equipped to help people craft their stories in a way that leads them down the desired path. With a passion for storytelling, Jen is able to consult with professionals to craft a resume, a profile, an elevator speech that sets them apart and helps them build connections in a more genuine way.

Jen has worked with people at all levels in a variety of industries and organizations, helping them develop and deliver their unique stories with impact. What you’ll notice about Jen’s approach is the enthusiasm with which she digs in. She strives to understand what makes you tick and where your true passions lie to help frame your story.

Laurie has more than 20 years of business experience and a true passion for helping people tap into their greatest potential by uncovering their “why.” Her expertise is in coaching teams to work together as true business partners focused on achieving a shared vision and delivering excellence.

As a former business executive and HR professional herself, Laurie believes the leadership path is one of service. Laurie’s own quest to discover herself adds a dimension of credibility, approachability, and authenticity to her work with others. She knows firsthand that in modern business, finding a balance between work, health, service, family, and recovery requires a great deal of commitment—and that it’s not always easy.
