Lynne has over 20 years’ combined experience in recruiting and recruiting leadership. She has a true passion for helping individuals find work they love, and for consulting with organizations to find top talent who love what they do.
Lynne previously led U.S. recruitment efforts for a Fortune 100 company and partnered with a number of external recruiters. This experience opened her eyes to the pitfalls of traditional recruiting. She knows a different approach is needed to help organizations hire individuals who will make meaningful, long-lasting contributions to the business … and to help individuals match with organizations that allow them to bring their whole and best selves to work.
With skills in relationship building, networking, and quickly building rapport and trust, Lynne plays an impactful role as a recruitment consultant to organizations and a career coach to those seeking new opportunities.
