Curated Online Career Content
On-demand, 24/7 access to our online portal of self-paced learning modules, worksheets, templates, and tracking tools. Executives will find guidance and support to refine their professional stories, execute their job search plans, and more.
1:1 Coaching
Leaders will have access to a senior level coach and up to 20, 1:1 sessions throughout their nine month engagement. With this level of personal support, your impacted Executives will have the opportunity to reflect on their experience, explore their strengths and areas of opportunity, and envision possibilities for the future. Frequency of 1:1 sessions will vary depending on individual circumstances and a suggested plan will be agreed upon at the onset of the engagement.
Job Search Strategy
Executives will work with their coach to develop their job search strategy and enact a targeted plan. They’ll learn how to tap into the power of their networks, articulate their professional stories, and successfully navigate to a new beginning.
Executive “Storytelling” Services
Leaders will partner with an experienced writer to craft an executive-level resume and LinkedIn profile. A detailed review of their current resume and profile and one-on-one support will culminate in a professionally written story, including a professional bio, that sets them apart and authentically articulates their unique traits and experience.
